COMPANY BACKGROUND
BMT Development Co is a development company formed in 2020 by Brydon Orsmond & Piet Viljoen. Based in Ballito, on the North Coast of Kwazulu Natal, Brydon and Piet saw an opportunity to become part of this booming property market. The initial business plan is to build upmarket residential developments in the popular new Zululami Coastal Estate, with the possibility of scaling the business and eventually entering into the commercial property market.

CASA Design & CASA Construction are the Architecture & Construction divisions of Made by Casa (Pty) Ltd, a Ballito based company owned by husband and wife, Piet & Chantel Viljoen.

CASA Design is headed by Chantel, who obtained a B.Bldg.Arts degree from UPE and is registered with SACAP as a Senior Architectural Technologist. Chantel formed her own architectural company in 2005, and has been involved in many projects ranging from luxury private homes, residential developments, large scale alterations, apartments and commercial developments. Her passion lies with bespoke luxury homes where, in addition to architectural design, she also assists with interior design & decor.
